First is our line of Ultrasonic parts washers. Ultrasonics is the science of sound energy above the frequency normally audible by humans (above 18 KHZ). With the correct combination of temperature, chemistry, frequency and watts per gallon parts are "scrubbed" by countless cavitation bubbles. Using 90% water and 10% biodegradable soap, the power of the Eastern Precision 3523 is second to none. Carbon, ink, metal shavings, dirt, oil and even surface corrosion are easily removed when placed in an Eastern Precision Ultrasonic machine.

Another product line is our recycling solvent parts washers. What makes the System One ® line unique is not just the elimination of a "service contract" for the waste removal, but the fact that you have CLEAN solvent everyday. If you have used the old red sink on a drum before, you know that after the first day you are working with dirty solvent that is now less effective. This continues to degrade until the "service" provider brings you new solvent. With our unit, clean solvent is returned at the push of a button. The dirty solvent is recycled in the machine through a distillation process. And your total down time is 4 minutes. The best part, from a liability stand point, is that you are no longer a hazardous waste generator. There is no hazardous waste manifest to sign, no flammable solvent, and you are not cleaning parts in dirty solvent.
